Now this piece is one my mine-- JUST to get your attention. But this post is about a different artist-- a wonderful artist I found in my web travels.

Linda Blondheim is one of the best plein aire painters in the South. She is a self described, "Florida Cracker" who paints the landscapes she loves. Click on the large link below to get to her blog.

I have been following her blogs and website this year and been VERY impressed by her fresh style, economy of strokes, and gritty determination about getting her art Out There. She instructs, cajoles, and literally commissions her friends and followers to help her in her quest to support her work. I am a huge fan.
